We met at Siler’s Bald Sh on a chilly late March 2011 evening. You suggested a fire and Doug McFalls and I agreed a fire would be nice. You got a fire going and we talked til about 10 PM swapping stories of places we liked. Hope life has been good to you this year. I try to do a loop hike in the Smoky’s about every 3 weeks. My last hike was out of Cosby Campgnd. Hiked Gabes Mtn Tr to Old Settler’s Tr then up Maddron Bald Tr and down Snake Den Ridge Tr over 5 days. This was the last weekend of October. The fall leaves were still colorful and plentiful.
