Suffer Fest 2.0: 14 Lessons Learned from the TJ 100K

Friends always asked Darius Nabors, “Why do you run so far?” Now he has an answer. Last weekend, Charlottesville ultra runner Darius Nabors tackled the Thomas Jefferson 100K for the second straight year. His video from the trail captures his roller coaster of emotions and experiences during seven 8.9-mile loops around Walnut Creek Park. Organized by elite ultra runner Andy Jones-Wilkins, the TJ 100K is quickly becoming one of the most popular ultras in the East. Watch Nabors’s video here.
