The Infamous Stringdusters at Snowshoe Mountain

BRO is pretty darn excited for this weekend. First, we’ll be taking over Snowshoe Mountain Resort to ring in our 20th Anniversary with our snowbound readers and fans. Second, our good friends The Infamous Stringdusters are going to help us celebrate with some amazing performances Friday and Saturday nights. And best of all? We want you to stand in the crowd!

Infamous Stringdusters

Blue Ridge Outdoors has a couple extra tickets that we’re just dying to give away. For your chance to win two tickets to see the Infamous Stringdusters for free on Saturday night at Snowshoe, comment on this page or on our Facebook post by 5 PM Thursday to tell us which outdoor athlete you’d want to share your second ticket with in a perfect world. Usain Bolt, Lindsay Vonn, your rock-climbing cat – anything goes. We’ll pick the best answer and send you on your way.

Snow Shoe Mountain, West VirginiaBut whether or not you win, we still have plenty of fun in store. Join us at noon on Saturday on the snow near the Junction Restaurant for a meet-and-greet with the Stringdusters and to help celebrate BRO’s 20th anniversary. You may even get to hit the slopes with the band and check out how their skills on the snow compare to all that musical talent…

The Infamous Stringdusters take bluegrass to new levels in a five-man band with a “groove-friendly” vibe. These guys have topped the charts at the International Bluegrass Music Association Awards since 2007, taking home titles for Emerging Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Entertainer of the Year. The Stringdusters also have a brand new album, Let It Go, to show off. Clearly, this evening will be one for the books.

Blue Ridge Outdoors is ready to rock with the Infamous Stringdusters on the stage and down the slopes. Join us and the band for jam-packed weekend at Snowshoe!
