The atmosphere around the camp is relaxed, and the learning is magnetic. Don’t let apprehensions about technical riding scare you away from some of the most fun you can have! The staff believes that everyone can learn to ride technical trails at a comfortable and safe pace. Also, they believe that some of us can push our limits as much as we want. The Michaux MTB School offers a way for all mountain bikers to enjoy the tough trails and rugged beauty that the mountains have to offer!“Its a no pressure environment. Everybody’s here to learn. Nobody judges you if you fall over. I really like the set-up. You practice the skills in the field first, and then actually get to go on real trails in the afternoon and practice the skills you just learned.”“(I) Bought a new mountain bike at the end of last year, signed up for this, and here I am! Yesterday, I came for the fundamentals on Friday and it was a beautiful thing.”

The Michaux MTB School has a great line-up of qualified and professional coaches, led by Head Coach Harlan Price. The coaches share extensive knowledge and offer wonderful personalities; ready and willing to use that knowledge to help you achieve your riding goals.Included with registration for the Michaux MTB School is a full on, grown up “summer camp” experience with group cabins and all, save for some polished edges like high quality food and of course, a lot of time polishing your own “rough edges” on really fun, technical mountain bike trails.
