An introduction to a variety of meditation practices with an emphasis on object-oriented meditation in the Yoga tradition. This weekend immersion is for both yoga practitioners and teachers and we will cover techniques for both practicing and teaching meditation.
In these sessions we’ll work with a range of techniques that will enable you to move easily into brief, centering meditations that fit into a busy schedule as well as methods that will support entry into deep meditative states for extended periods of time.
This workshop, which will include both individual meditation exercises and guided group meditations, is equally suitable for both people who are new to meditation as well as seasoned practitioners.
This weekend immersion is for yoga teachers and practitioners.
CE credits are available for yoga teachers. There will be a one hour lunch break, with a vegan lunch provided, starting at 1:00 PM each day.
The all-inclusive fee for this 2-day workshop is $175.
To insure the quality of training: Registration is limited to 12 participants. Yogis of all levels may participate. Registrations will be validated by payment.
