Southern West Virginia is home to one of the most diverse offerings of trails in the eastern half of the United States. Our trails range from scenic, leisurely rides to trails that will challenge even the strongest riders. Located within 500 miles of 70% of the US population, there is no more accessible system of trails anywhere in the country.

Little Beaver State Park is a 562-acre day-use park that features many outdoor recreational opportunities centered around an 18-acre lake. Little Beaver State Park is quintessential East-coast mountain biking: Rocky. Rooty. Single-track. If challenging, technical trails thrill you, twist and turn through the rhododendron thickets and dense Appalachian forest along combinations of 20 total miles of well-maintained single track. All trails are open for both hiking and biking. The 18 park trails can be easily linked to create various circuits based on preference and skill. With easy Interstate access, camping and State Park amenities, this is a great spot for a weekend trail getaway.
