Two Martinsville, Va., residents are offering six months of free rent to prospective bike entrepreneurs, hoping to lure a bicycle store and repair shop to the popular outdoor town. Martinsville is criss-crossed with trails, and it’s within striking distance of Rocky Knob, Pilot Mountain, Hanging Rock, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
