Electronic Signature: By typing the name of the firm’s authorized representative/signatory into the field above the firm certifies that it is providing a binding “Electronic Signature” and further specifically validates that the individual affixing the Electronic Signature below is fully authorized to bind the firm with respect to the conditions listed herein.
Now therefore, Advertiser, placing this order for the frequency of advertising insertions detailed above, and Publisher, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, and intending to be legally bound, agree to be governed by all the terms and conditions specified on both sides of this Contract.
I/WE, the undersigned, hereby join this Contract, as a party (or parties) hereto, and as an inducement to Publisher’s execution of this Contract, I/We guarantee to Publisher, jointly and severally, the payment of all charges payable under this Contract, and I/We further agree that in the event of any default under the terms of this Contract by Advertiser, I/We shall be jointly and severally liable and obligated, with Advertiser to Publisher, for any and all damages resulting from such default, without the requirement that Publisher first pursue collection and enforcement efforts against Advertiser or exhaust remedies against Advertiser. This is a guaranty of payment.
