Catch a Ride

Public transportation use in the U.S. just had its biggest increase in 25 years, according to a story in the Washington Post. The third quarter of the year saw public transport rise 6.5 percent, said the American Public Transportation Association. Despite largely falling gas prices, more Americans are still opting for mass transit with the biggest increase for light rail at 8.5 percent. Bus use was up 7.2 percent. Read more here.
