If you’re still angry about the federal government bailing out the financial world, here’s some small consolation. The $700 billion bailout package includes a tax break for bike commuters. The incentive, which starts in January, will giving pedaling commuters a tax credit of up to $20 a month for bike repairs or maintenance.
