Beech Mountain is hosting a number of terrain park events all winter long. Lucky for you, there’s one happening this Saturday, January 11th. The Winter Fest Rail Jam is open to all skiers and snowboarders, men and women, pros and amateurs.
Registration will take place in Roots from 9:30-11:30am. Entry is $15 and with it comes a $30 discounted lift ticket. The contest starts at noon. There will be prizes for those who place in the top 3 of each category. Sponsors include Skull Candy, Smith, Dakine, and others. If terrain parks aren’t you’re forte, then come out and watch a few runs. It should be entertaining and fun for all.
This event is part of Beech’s WinterFest Weekend, which also coincides with the grand opening of Beech’s new village micro-brewery
