Have you ever thought the 9-5 grind wasn’t for you? That maybe there’s some way you can harness your passions for the outdoors into a career? The Adventuresports Institute at Garrett College aims to help students do just that.

Meet Lee, Austin, George, Gabby, and Kayley, students past and present from the Adventuresports Institute. They come from all walks of life, all corners of the Mid-Atlantic, all different types of backgrounds and skill levels, but they are united in their love of adventure. This summer, we sat down with them to have #RealTalk on everything from life to family, adventure to lessons learned.

Want to learn more about Garrett College’s Adventuresports Institute or the many other cool schools in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic? Check out our feature on the top adventure schools in the August issue of the magazine.

Keep calm, and adventure on!
