I’m not sure what to make of this. Obviously, balancing a 100-pound chick on your feet or hands takes skill. And being the woman doing the balancing probably takes a lot more strength and skill than the guy lying on his back. I can’t do most of these poses firmly planted on the ground, let alone balancing on some dude’s feet. It’s impressive. I’m impressed. But it’s also a little weird, right? Or maybe that’s just me being jealous that I can’t do it.

The folks doing this impressive form of yoga call themselves the Yogaslackers. They call this impressive breed of yoga, AcroYoga, for obvious reasons. They also do slackline yoga, which is exactly what it sounds like: yoga in the middle of a slackline. Again, all very impressive. Check them out here.
