Over six years ago Aaron Ralston saved his life by amputating his own arm, which was pinned by a boulder during a descent into Utah’s  Bluejohn Canyon. Ralston was trapped for nearly five days before taking the historic act of self preservation. Variety is reporting that Ralston’s story will be adapted into a major motion picture with director Danny Boyle, who dominated the Academy Awards last year with his film “Slumdog Millionaire.” Read more here.
